Dose

Privacy policy

Updated 26 October 2026

This policy explains how Dose collects and uses personal information through this website, usedose.co, including our waitlist. The Dose app will have its own privacy policy when it launches.

Who we are

Dose Health Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, number 16759468, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, is responsible for your personal information (the "controller"). You can contact us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

What we collect

We do not ask for any health information on this website.

Age

The waitlist and Dose are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

How we use it, and why

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to store the waitlist, deliver our emails, and host and protect this website. They act only on our instructions, under contract. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the UK

Some processing may take place outside the UK under approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for details or a copy of those safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your waitlist details while we need them to send the launch updates and early access invitations you asked for. We remove them when that purpose ends, or sooner if you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Technical records are kept only as long as needed to operate and protect the service.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may use strictly necessary cookies to protect the site from attack; these are needed for the site to work safely and do not track you.

Keeping it safe

We protect your information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and limiting access to the people who need it.

Your rights

To make a request, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month, and there is normally no charge.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will tell you by email.
